Study on lung protective effect and mechanisms of taurine in rats with sepsis
目的：观察牛磺酸对脓毒症大鼠肺损伤的保护作用，并探讨其作用机制。方法24只雄性SD大鼠分为3组：假手术组、模型组和牛磺酸组。盲肠结扎并穿孔法建立脓毒症大鼠动物模型，模型组及牛磺酸组分别于术后0，6，12 h，尾静脉注射生理盐水5 mL· kg－1、牛磺酸200 mg· kg－1，假手术组只开腹不手术，不给药。各组于术后24 h处死大鼠，留取标本。 HE染色观察各组肺组织形态学改变，用末端标记法测定细胞凋亡指数，以蛋白免疫印迹法测定各组肺组织中人X…查看全部>>
