碳青霉烯类耐药肺炎克雷伯菌的联合用药的文献计量分析
Bibliometric analysis on combination therapy of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the combination therapy of carbape-nem-resistant Klebsiella penumoniae ( CRKP ) by bibliometric analysis.Methods PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science and CNKI,Wanfang data-base were searched to collect all related literatures from beginning to August , 2015.Endnote 2.0 was used to sort out the published year , published language , publication type , research contents with drugs.Results 194 literatures were included with 13 Chinese and 181 English articles.The first literature was published in 2008 , then trendency of rising year by year as a whole.Amount of published country was the United States ( 60 , 33.1%).The literatures were mainly reviews ( 78 , 40.21%) .The drug combination reported was mainly based on polymyxin, tigecycline, carbapenem.Conclusion Currently, combina-tion therapy studies about CRKP infections are mainly based on polymy-xin, tigecycline and carbapenems which show synergistic activity in vitro, however , animals synergistic activity research and clinical research evidence is insufficient ,remains to be further.关键词
