New challenge of target-specific anticoagulants replacing warfarin
摘要
Abstract
Warfarin was the only oral anticoagulant drug , widely used in the prevention of thromboembolism events.The antithrombotic effect of warfarin has been very clear , but there are also some defects , such as that the treatment window is narrow and individual difference is very big.In recent years , the emergence of new targeted oral anticoagulant agents has provided a new choice for the anticoagulant drugs.The development of targeted oral anticoagulant drugs is reviewed , and the new challenge to warfarin is discussed.关键词
