Pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance analysis in ICU of the first people’s hospital of akesu area of Xinjiang

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of common pathogenic bacteria in hospitalized patients in ICU,and to provide reasonable basis for clinical drug use.Methods:We analyzed the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance in ICU of the first people’s hospital of akesu area from 2013 to 2014.Results:The main pathogenic bacteria were non fermenting bacteria and intestinal bacilli.The top five pathogens were baumanii,escherichia coli,klebsiella pneumoniae,pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus respectively.The resistance of non fermenting bacteria to conventional antibiotics was common,and the resistance rate of baumanii increased.Conclusion:Gram negative bacteria were common in intensive care unit,and the trend of drug resistance was gradually increasing.Strengthening the rational use of clinical antibiotics was an important mean to improve the cure rate of bacterial infection,and reduce the rate of bacterial resistance.关键词
