中医药分阶段治疗肺癌实践体会
Practice experience of treating lung cancer by stages with traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
For postoperative patients,we use three stages for the treatment of recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer:it is Fu Zheng Pei Ben at the first stage;they are western medicine chemotherapy“Qu Xie”and reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency with traditional Chinese medicine at the second stage;they are Fu Zheng Qu Xie,anti relapse and metastasis at the third stage.For patients without surgery,we use two stages of treatment,in the first stage,chemotherapy is the main treatment;at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine is used to Fu Zheng,reduce toxicity and increase efficiency;in the second stage,we use traditional Chinese medicine to maintain treatment.Application of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer had multiple advantages in stabilizing lesions,prolonging the survival time of patients and improving the quality of life.How to further treat lung cancer by stages with traditional Chinese medicine has become a highly concerned issue in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
