Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of minimally invasive puncture and small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of middle volume hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:119 patients with middle volume hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group with 59 cases and the observation group with 60 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with small bone window craniotomy,while the patients in the observation group were treated with intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery.We compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group of 90.0% was significantly higher than 72.9% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the neurological deficit score of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive puncture of intracranial hematoma for middle volume hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was better.关键词
