社区老年吸入性肺炎102例临床探讨
Clinical study on 102 cases of elderly aspiration pneumonia in community

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia in the community.Methods:102 elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia in the community were selected.In 102 patients,the early onset of symptoms were spiritual malaise and obnubilation in 74 cases(72.5%),followed by the cough in 22 cases(21.6%),fever in 43 cases(42.2%),dyspnea in 9 patients(8.8%),dry rales and moist rales in double lungs in 61 patients(59.8%).They were given general supportive treatment and anti-infectious treatment. Results:After treatment,56 cases(54.9%) were cured;42 cases(41.2%) were improved;4 cases(3.9%) died.Conclusion:The basic diseases in elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia in the community were more.In the early stage of disease,clinical manifestations were not typical. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was the most common,followed by prolonged bed rest.Doctors should pay enough attention to the elderly,to achieve early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment,so as to improve the quality of life of elderly patients.关键词
