Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods:98 patients with appendicitis were selected.According to the different surgical methods,the patients were divided to the laparotomy group with 40 cases and the laparoscopic group with 58 cases.The laparotomy group was given traditional laparotomy treatment.The laparoscopic group was given laparoscopic appendectomy treatment.The operation times,intraoperatve blood soss,postoperative exhaust times,postoperative pain scores and complications of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the laparotomy group,the average hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time of the laparoscopic group were short;the intraoperatve blood soss was less;the operative incision was small;the postoperative pain score was low(P<0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the laparoscopic group was significantly lower than that of the laparotomy group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic appendectomy has the advantages such as small trauma,short operation time,less intraoperatve blood soss,fast postoperative recovery and less complications.Its curative effect is better than that of open appendectomy.关键词
