Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of open surgery and laparoscope in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods:74 patients with acute cholecystitis were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given traditional open surgery treatment.The patients in the observation group were given laparoscopic surgery treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative drainage volume,evacuation time and hospitalization time in two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of acute cholecystitis has less blood loss,less complications,shorter evacuation time and other advantages.It is a relatively effective and safe method.关键词
