Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus on pregnancy outcome.Methods:83 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation group.85 cases of healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The pregnancy outcome of the two groups was compared.Results:The pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,fetal distress,neonatal hypoglycemia,neonatal asphyxia, fetal giant,the incidence of premature infant,the choice of cesarean section of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pregnancy complications of patients with gestational diabetes are higher than those of normal pregnant women,and the neonatal situation is not optimistic, therefore.Blood glucose should be controlled in time,to reduce the damage to the mother and infant,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
