摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application value of stored autohemotransfusion in Rh(D)-negative blood type pregnant women.Methods:In the case of informed consent,18 patients with postpartum hemorrhage risk of Rh(D) negative blood type of pregnant women receive stored autohemotransfusion,and blood indexes were detected before and after blood collection.Results:During the process of blood collection, the vital signs of the pregnant woman and the fetus were not found any abnormal condition,and there were no significant differences between RBC,Hb,Hct,PTL and other indexes of the pregnant women and the changes of fetal heart sound before and after blood sampling(P > 0.05).The neonatal outcome was good,and apgar score were 8 to 10 points.Conclusion:The Rh(D) negative blood type blood is in short supply,while stored autohemotransfusion provides an important way for this kind of maternal postpartum hemorrhage to get timely blood transfusion,and it is safe and effective.关键词
