高血压社区中医药干预患者服药依从性分析
Analysis of medication compliance of patients with hypertension community traditional Chinese medicine intervention

Abstract
Objective:To explore the method of community health service center traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the improvement of compliance of patients.Methods:Using stratified random method,361 patients with hypertension were divided into the intervention group with 186 cases and the control group with 175 cases.The patients in the intervention group were given hypotensive drugs and traditional Chinese medicine intervention treatment.The patients in the control group were given only hypotensive drugs treatment.The medication compliance was observed by using Moriky-Green evaluation table. Results:Through 8 weeks of observation,the good medication compliance of the intervention group was 77.95%;the good medication compliance of the control group was 56.00%;the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the intervention of hypertension can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients,and improve the medication compliance of patients.关键词
