Nursing intervention and reason analysis of postpartum depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the causes of postpartum depression,and to explore the nursing countermeasures.Methods:72 cases of puerperae with postpartum depression were as the observation group.72 cases of puerperae without postpartum depression were as the control group.The causes of depression were analyzed.The EPDS scores of the observation group before and after nursing intervention were compared.Results:The delivery process,baby’s gender,infant health,maternal personality,economic income and spousal relationship were related to postpartum depression.The EPDS scores of the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than before nursing intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Analysis of the causes of postpartum depression and reasonable interventions could improve the maternal psychological status.关键词
