Abstract
Objective:To explore the cause analysis and nursing intervention method of neonatal transfusion exosmosis. Methods:80 newborns with intravenous infusion were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each according to different nursing methods.The control group were given conventional intravenous infusion.The observation group were given intravenous infusion nursing intervention.The one time puncture success rate and vascular extravasation rate of two groups were compared.Results:The puncture success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the transfusion exosmosis case of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The intravenous infusion nursing intervention in neonatal infusion can improve the one time puncture success rate,and reduce the transfusion exosmosis rate.关键词
