Abstract
Objective:To explore the nursing method of patients with traumatic splenic rupture of splenectomy.Methods:34 patients with traumatic splenic rupture were selected.All patients were given splenectomy.The postoperative conditions of patients were observed and the patients were given comprehensive nursing.Results:34 patients were cured by effective nursing,and the healing condition was well.There was no complication.Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing after splenectomy of patients with traumatic splenic rupture can help patients to adjust the physical and mental state,reduce the complications,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.It has an important significance to improve the success rate of operation and cure rate.关键词
