Effect of nursing intervention on prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prevention and nursing methods for deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement. Methods:80 patients with hip replacement were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.The patients in the study group were given peri-operative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the symptoms and signs of deep venous thrombosis between groups(P < 0.05).The incidence of deep vein thrombosis with 20%in the control group was significantly higher than 5%in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement,and it was of great significance to prevent the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis.关键词
