Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on the control of nosocomial infection of patients in respiratory department.Methods:376 inpatients of respiratory department were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 188 cases in each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of hospital infection,infection time,health knowledge mastery situation,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients between groups were compared.Results:The incidence rate of nosocomial infection,infection time,hospital stay,hospital cost,nursing quality score and health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing service in respiratory department can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infection,improve the nursing quality,and achieve the good clinical result.关键词
