2型糖尿病初诊患者施行心理护理的意义研究
Study on the significance of psychological nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To explore the significance of the application of psychological nursing in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:70 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into two groups on average.Insulin therapy was carried out for all patients.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the study group strengthened the psychological care based on the control group.The correlation results were compared and analyzed.Results:The rate of blood glucose recovery and nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group when patients treated for 1 month.The scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups after treatment were decreased,but the study group decreased more significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological care in patients with type 2 diabetic can improve the clinical effect,improve nursing satisfaction rate,and ease the anxiety and depression symptoms.关键词
