我国中西部县（区）乡镇卫生院医技服务现状调查
A cross-sectional survey on medico-technical services in township healthcare centers in China’s central and western regions

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the present situation of medico-technical services in township healthcare centers in middle and western counties of China in order to offer proposals for promoting service ability of township healthcare centers.Methods:Forty-four medico-technical services from 46 township healthcare centers in Macheng City and Qianjiang District were investigated;the situation of medico-technical services and the reasons why some services weren’t performed were analyzed.Results:Services were divided into four grades,among which 21 services were excellent (47.72%),10 were good(22.73%),four were normal(9.1%),nine were bad(20.45%). The township healthcare centers with higher level could perform 42 services,while the lower only perform 12 services;routine physical examination among these services had the highest performing rate(95.11%),while the family medical services had the lowest rate(21.01%). The quality and quantity of medical staff and device configuration were the main factors impeded medical services delivery. Conclusion:The situation of medico-technical services in township healthcare centers is not ideal and the big difference exists between them. It is suggested to strengthen the standardized construction of medical staff and device configuration, improve service capabilities,clear and definite the functional orientation.关键词
