基于医务人员视角的山东省基层医疗卫生机构新医改受益情况研究
Benefits of primary health institutions from new medical reform in Shandong Province from the perspective of medical staff

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the benefits of primary health institutions from new medical reform in Shandong Province from the perspective of medical staff.Methods:Multi-stage,stratified sampling was used in primary health institutions in Shandong Province and 1 889 questionnaires were collected. Factor analysis was carried out to simplify the scale. Constituent ratio was used in statistical analysis.Results:There were 52.3% medical staff who thought the primary health institutions in Shandong Province obtained benefits in health services;31.1% in social environment;15.6% in earning capacity;80.7% thought new medical reform increased their workloads. Benefits in health services scored highest (4.15±0.71),followed by social environment(3.84±0.75),earning capacity(3.41±0.60)and workload(1.78±0.73). Conclusion:From the perspective of medical staff,medical reform has benefited primary healthcare institutions in Shandong Province in health services,social environment and earning capacity,but it has increased the workloads. The increased workloads are not equal to the enhanced earning capacity,which leads to the imbalance between efforts and rewards.关键词
