摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed some common principles and practices in developed countries and regions in terms of developing health care industry,for example,giving full play to the roles of government and market,encouraging competition and developing private medical institutions,and paying attention to the integration and collaboration. The article also pointed out problems in the developing process of health care industry in Shanghai,for instance,insufficient resources,underdeveloped private medical institutions,imperfect commercial health insurance market,and start-up health management and undeveloped social organizations. Based on these problems,this article made suggestions for assisting the development of health care industry,such as promoting diversity of the supply side,developing demand side from proper payment,suitable products and regulated market as well as government’s following the principle of“Dos and Don’ts”.关键词
