International comparison and applied research of the basic health services ifnancing models
摘要
Abstract
Literature review method was used to analyze the financing models of basic health services in foreign countries. Four points of experience were summarized. Firstly,it is suggested to strengthen the health legislation. Secondly, more attention is suggested to be paid to the effects of politics,economy and culture factors on health financing. Thirdly, long-term efficient financing schemes are suggested to be established. Lastly,the responsibility of both central government and local government on health financing is suggested to be defined reasonably. All of the above experience aims to provide reference for China’s financing mechanism of basic health services.关键词
