Abstract
By the qualitative research methods such as literature review,on-site observation and in-depth interview, the study researched the experience on integrated care services for the elderly from Oxfordshire,the United Kingdom. The experience such as integrated management and governance,common needs and outcomes,service user pathways, workforce and workplace management is worth learning for Chinese elderly care services’ reform.关键词
