海洋产业集聚对区域海洋经济分异的影响--基于我国省际面板数据的实证检验
The marine industry agglomeration and regional economic differentiation：empirical test based on the inter-provincial panel data in China

Abstract
The marine industry agglomeration has close relationship with regional economic differentiation. This paper uses panel data estimation method to analyze their internal relations. The evidence shows that marine industry agglomeration has significantly positive influence on regional economic differentiation through some aspects: scale economy effects and technological externalities, differences of marine production factors, specialized division and competition, etc . This requires us to arrange marine industrial distribution reasonably to optimize marine industry agglomeration level, so as to avoid damage to the marine resources and environment in order to realize the coordinated development of regional marine economy. using the China’s provincial panel data and stochastic frontier analysis technique, this paper studies China’s regional marine economic efficiency. The empirical analyses find the marine economic efficiency of various regions have all increased from 1998 to 2008, but there are still large spaces to improve. The difference of regional economic efficiency is same as the development of the regional marine economy. The marine economic efficiency level of Shanghai, Guangdong is prominent, fully embodied in the core of regional development. According to the solution, the gap of efficiency level was a major reason of the difference in development of regional marine economy, it is suggested that government should increase marine research investment, improve the efficiency of marine economy and give full play to the core area of technology radiation effects.关键词
