Abstract
This paper would first analyze the internal logic in the operation of fishery cooperatives from the perspective of industrial chain’s division and integration. Then analyze the relationship of Chinese fishery cooperatives’ development and industrial chain’s division and integration of fishery. By analyzing the three fishery industries’ output, we conclude that Chinese fishery industrial chain is not mature, our fishery cooperatives is still in the primary stage. We believe that by strengthening the fisheries cooperatives’ integration capabilities and the ability of extending the industrial chain, by strengthening specialization and large-scale of fisheries secondary and tertiary industries, also by perfecting the market system can us finally improve the efficiency of fisheries cooperatives.关键词
