中国近海捕捞业技术效率影响因素分析--基于省级面板数据
The study on affecting factors of technical efficiency of inshore-offshore fishery in China：based on provincial panel data
摘要
Abstract
After studying the affecting factors of technical efficiency of inshore-offshore fishery in China coastal areas through SFA approach during the period of 2008-2011,the results show that the per capita income of rural residents has negative correlation with the technical efficiency,the ice making capacity and the rate of fish vessels which were covered in the “Double Control Program” has positive correlation with the technical efficiency,while tonnage of fishing vessel and percentage of polluted offshore area and average household subsidies has inverted U shape relationship with technical efficiency. Policy suggestions are proposed as follows,strictly reduce excess fishing capacity,strictly control offshore pollution,control the growth of subsidies for input cost,optimize the fishing vessel tonnage,strengthen the reconstruction of the offshore fishery resources.关键词
