Abstract
With its in-depth development in non-profit agricultural research institutions, with its in-depth development of the national science and technology system reform, performance management as the most effective modern government management, has become increasingly important to promote the comprehensive development of research institutions. In this paper, the current performance management practice of non-profit agricultural research institutions was analyzed and the pending key issues were discussed. Countermeasures for further development were put forward in order to boost the scientific management.关键词
