Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy of losartan potassium combined with nifedipine in treatment of hypertension and hyperuricemia .METHODS: 120 cases with hypertension and hyperuricemia admitted into China People's Liberation Army 254th Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") from Jun.2012 to Jun.2014 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table , with 60 cases in each .The observation group were treated with losartan potassium combined with nifedipine , while the control group received nifedipine; the systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure , changes and correlation of uric acid , and adverse reactions during the process were compared before treatment and after treatment of 8 weeks.RESULTS: After treatment of 8 weeks, the total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%( 55/60 ) , which was significantly higher than that of control group 73.33%(44/60), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).In the observation group, the systolic blood pressure decreased from before treatment (106.31 ±13.53) mmHg to after treatment (81.69 ±8.92) mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure decreased from ( 157.84 ±23.75 ) mmHg to ( 126.52 ±13.73 ) mmHg and uric acid decreased from (563.81 ±63.72) μmol/L to (356.52 ±54.55) μmol/L.As for the control group , the systolic blood pressure decreased from before treatment (105.89 ±12.97) mmHg to after treatment (93.59 ±7.83) mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure decreased from ( 156.37 ±22.46 ) mmHg to ( 138.76 ±16.81 ) mmHg and uric acid decreased from ( 558.79 ±61.84 ) μmol/L to ( 401.27 ±58.46 ) μmol/L, compared with after treatment for two groups and before treatment for the same group , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Correlation analysis showed that uric acid was positively correlated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure ( r=0.376, 0.387, P <0.05), there were no adverse reactions during the treatment process .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of losartan potassium combined with nifedipine in treatment of hypertension and hyperuricemia is significant , and has high security .It is worthy of popularization and application .关键词
