Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and laws of adverse drug reaction ( ADR) in People's Hospital of Jiangsu Donghai County ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:Retrospective analysis was conducted on 202 cases of ADR reports that were reported to China's National Center for ADR Monitoring by our hospital during 2013-2014, in terms of patients'age and gender, categories of ADR-inducing drugs , ADR-involved organs and ( or) systems and clinical manifestations .RESULTS:Of the 202 cases, the age span was large , from 1 d ~84 years old.Male to female ratio was 1:3.5.And the main administration route was intravenous administration , totally 194 cases ( 96.04%);10 types of drugs were involved , among which 119 cases ( 58.91%) were anti-infective drugs , followed by traditional Chinese preparation , totally 43 cases (21.29%) .97 cases (48.02%) with skin and its appendages impairment took the lead , followed by 38 cases (18.81%) with digestive system damage .CONCLUSIONS: It is necessary to strengthen the ADR monitoring and disseminate ADR knowledge , so as to ensure the medication safety in patients .关键词
