摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To correctly understand the judgement standard of Hospital Prescription Review Management Specification ( Trial ) ( hereinafter referred to as "Specification") , so as to ensure the scientific , fair, pragmatic and accurate review on prescriptions .METHODS:To introduce the difficult points in carrying out the Specification ,and probe into the the differences and demarcation of the partial judgement standard .RESULTS &CONCLUSIONS:It is necessary to further strengthen the maneuverability of Specification ,and avoid the phenomenon of disorder ,misjudgment and repetition in results ,so as to provide reference for review of prescriptions before the issue of formal explanation of Specification .The pharmacists are suppose to have a good knowledge of the Specification ;and only by strengthening the professional education , can they enlarge the clinical medication experience as well as the rational drug use knowledge ,and then to ensure the safe ,effective and economic medication in patients .关键词
