Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of pharmaceutical intervention on medication compliance and adverse drug reactions ( ADR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .METHODS:Random double blind method was adopted , 100 cases with type 2 diabetes admitted into our hospital from Jan .2013 to Dec.2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group , with 50 cases in each .The control group were treated with routine medication intervention while the observation group received pharmaceutical intervention ; medication compliance and incidence of ADR , and changes of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose before and after intervention were compared between two group of patients .RESULTS:The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was 98.0%while of the control group was 78.0%, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.01 ) .The incidence of ADR and drug use deviation in the observation group were respectively 20.0% and 16.0%, significantly lower than those in the control group 44.0%and 40.0%, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group when discharged ( P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS: Pharmaceutical intervention can significantly improve the medication compliance of patients with type 2 diabetes , reduce the incidence of ADR , and can better control the blood glucose .关键词
