Matching Optimization of Sensors of Compressor Test Bench Based on Uncertainty Evaluation and Linear Programming

Abstract
The measurement and control system of a screw compressor performance test bench was designed and tested in this paper. The uncertainty evaluation based on two methods of test method for performance of volumetric refrigerant compressor in GB/T 5773-2004 was carried out. According to the multiple various conditions, a linear programming method was proposed to optimize the selection of sensors and their accuracies. And it proved that the two methods in GB/T 5773-2004 are the same in the option of sensor accuracy. The results showed that increasing the accuracies of the key sensors can obtain better measurement reliability with the lower cost.关键词
