降温速率对聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液结晶的影响
Effect of Cooling Rate on Crystallization of Polyvinylpyrrolidone Aqueous Solution

Abstract
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is an important impermeable cryoprotectant. Cryomicroscope was used to study the initial crystallization temperatures and the crystalline forms of Polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution with different concentrations (10%, 20%and 30%) at different cooling rates (1 oC/min, 10 oC/min, 50 oC/min and 100 oC/min). The results show that, the sizes of crystals are relatively bigger and the ice gap tends to take shape when PVP is at lower concentration; the sizes of crystals are relatively smaller when PVP is at higher concentration , and no obvious ice gap occurs;moreover, the initial crystallization temperature decreases with the increase of cooling rate. Crystals can be effectively reduced by accelerating the cooling rate when PVP is at higher concentration, which is beneficial to cryopreservation.关键词
