摘要

Abstract

The dewing phenomenon in the process of cold storage is the important factor that affects the food quality and the stable and efficient operation of the cold storage. The investigation on the diffusion characteristic of the moisture in the cold storage space has very vital significance of preventing condensation and the development of the cold chain logistics. In this paper, the moisture distribution process in the closed space was simulated by using the component transport diffusion model based on the FLUENT simulation software, and the model was validated by the experimental data. The effect of different moisture location on the moisture diffusion was analyzed. The research results will have great significance to the future study on condensation prevention.
