摘要

Abstract

The load is one of the important parameters influencing the bearing performance and reliability of rotary compressor, and the comparative study of theoretical calculation and finite element calculation method for load is presented. The load value trend calculated by theoretical calculation and finite element method has a high goodness of fit under different working conditions. The effect of the upper bearings with or without flexible slot on the wear and performance of the compressor is analyzed by the finite element method and experiment. The analysis result shows that, the abrasion of the bearing without flexible slot is more serious and the performance is worse than that with flexible slot under a certain working condition.
