The chemical constituents from the roots of Rosa laevigata Michx.(Ⅰ)
摘要
Abstract
Previous experiments showed that triterpenoid saponins of Guangdong Liangcha were mainly from the roots of ilex asprella and Rosa laevigata Michx..However,chemical constituents mainly focus on leaves and fruits of Rosa laevigata Michx.,and the secondary metabolites from the roots of Rosa laevi-gata Michx.were very few published.So,on the basis of previous study,six compounds were isolated from the roots of Rosa laevigata Michx.by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis and literature confrontation method,such as 2α,3α,1 9α-tri-hydroxyurs -1 2 -en -28 -oic acid β-D -glucopyranosyl ester (1),2α,3β,1 9α-trihydroxyurs -1 2 -en -28 -oic acid β-D -glucopyranosyl ester (2),2α,3β,1 9α,23 -tetrahydroxyurs -1 2 -en-28 -oic acid β-D -glucopyranosyl ester (3),oleanolic acid (4),ursolic acid (5),(+)-cate-chin (6).Compounds 1,2,3 as triterpenoid saponins in Guangdong Liangcha have been firstly ob-tained from the roots of Rosa laevigata Michx..关键词
