The Characteristics and Enlightenments of the Third Party Evaluation of advanced Specialized School in Japan
摘要
Abstract
The third-party evaluation institution of higher specialized schools in Japan mainly has National Institution for Acaciemic Degrees and University Evaluation and Japan Accredittion Board of engineering education. This article takes National Institution for Acaciemic Degrees and University Evaluation as an example, introduces its import process and analyses the evaluation criteria and implementation process of higher specialized schools, and it also summarizes Japan’s distinctive characteristics of the third-party evaluation, including the specific evaluation criteria, the evaluation process of division of labor and cooperation and adjust measures to local conditions of the third-party evaluation, which will bring enlightenments for China in evaluation criteria keeping pace with the times, the evaluation process combined feedback with supervision and the construction of diversified evaluation mechanism.关键词
