我国职业教育校企合作长效机制创新路径
Study of the Innovative Path for Long-term School-enterprise Cooperation Mechanism of Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
It is so difficult to innovate long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, because the paths are not reasonable currently. In this revolution, the most important factors are the changes of role, responsibility and action mode by the government, industry, enterprises and institutions. So the paper attempts to rebuild the following innovative paths for school-enterprise cooperation based on analysis on successful experience abroad and current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in China: strengthening national guidance, build local inspiration, monitoring and control mechanism, and carry through implementation mechanism in industrial level; clarify the governmental responsibility, rebuild the responsibilities of industries, enterprises and schools; innovate school-enterprise cooperation model by reforming school-running mechanism, building common governance model and optimize process management model.关键词
