补肾活血方对PMCAO模型大鼠行为学及脑梗死体积的影响
Effect of Bushen Huoxue Fang on Behavior and Cerebral Infarction Volume of PMCAO Model Rats

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Fang ( BSHXF ) on behavior and cerebral infarc-tion volume and brain tissue morphology with permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion ( PMCAO ) model rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham operation group ( SOG) ,model group ( MG) , Bushen Huoxue group (BSHXG),piracetam group(PG).PMCAO model was established with suture method;clinical nerve function score , diving platform experiment , HE and TTC staining were used to detect move-ment, learning and memory ability, cerebral infarction volume and brain tissue morphology change .Results:Compared with SOG , ischemia groups had obviously infarcts ,and nerve function score significantly increased , but the learning and memory ability obviously decreased , and the cerebral infarction volume ratios increased obviously in MG;both BSHXG and PG could improve the ischemia rats 'movement , learning and memory abili-ty, reduce cerebellar infarction volume , improve the pathological morphology , and the role of BSHXF was bet-ter than piracetam .Conclusion:An obvious effect of BSHXF on behavior of cerebral ischemia rats is closely re-lated to reducing cerebral infarction volume and improving the pathological morphology of brain tissue .关键词
