复合型肾虚体质大鼠神经行为及递质变化的实验研究
Experimental Study on Neurobehavioral and Neurotransmitter Changes of Rats with Compound Kidney-deficiency Constitution
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the changes about neurobehavioral and neurotransmitter contents of rats with kidney-deficiency constitution .Methods:There were 8-week-old SD rats mated by the female to male ra-tio of 2:1 .By way of"cats scare rats", establish composite offspring rats with deficiency and acquired dystro-phy.Then divide them into a model group ,a ZuoGui pill group and a YouGui pill group ,and in the blank group the offsprings came from normal pregnant rats .When intimidating offsprings began , ZuoGui pill and YouGui pill groups received corresponding dose of drugs , 1 time per day for 2 consecutive months ,and in mod-el and blank groups , normal saline was used .Neurobehavioral function was detected by Open -field test and Y maze test .The contents of DA , NE and 5-HT were tested by ELISA .Results:1 ) The open -field test:Compared with those in that in the blank group , the central georgia residence time in the model group was lon-ger but the times of wearing grid , standing and modification were less ( P<0 .05 ) .Compared with that in the model group , the central georgia residence time of ZuoGui and YouGui pill groups was less while the times of wearing grid, standing and modification were increased(P<0.05).2)Y maze test:Compared with thes in the blank group, the right times were reduced and error rate was increased in the model group (P<0.05).In ZuoGui and YouGui pill groups , right times were increased and error rate was reduced , with no significant difference in two groups (P>0.05).3)The changes of neurotransmitter content:Compared with those in the blank group, the DA, NE and 5-HT contents in the model group were reduced (P<0.05).Compared with those in the model group , the NE and 5-HT contents in ZuoGui pill group were increased ( P<0 .05 ) , and all the three neurotransmitter contents were increased in YouGui pill group ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:The neu-robehavioral function degenerates and the neurotransmitter content reduces in rats with kidney -deficiency constitution .The kidney-strength drugs ZuoGui pill and YouGui pill can increase neurotransmitter contents and improve brain function by improving kidney -deficiency constitution .关键词
