益气养阴中药对糖尿病肾病患者炎症因子及血管内皮因子的影响
Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Medicine on Inflammatory Factors and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor of Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the eftect on inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial growth factor by Yiqi Yangyin for patients with diabetic nephropathy .Methods:60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy Qi in our hospital as research objects ,and they were randomizedly divided into an observation group with 30 pa-tients and a the control group with 30 patients .Then both of the groups were given comprehensive treatment , and the observation group was with Yiqi Yangyin medicine ,and the control group was treated with irbesartan and placebo , 3 months as a course of treatment .They were observed for six months before and after treatment according to tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), plasma endothelin ( ET) and nitric oxide ( NO) .Then we conducted a comprehensive evaluation .Results:In the treat-ment groups TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP were compared with those before treatment , the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P <0 .05 ) .It was statistically significant as compared with the differences between two groups(P<0.05).After two treatments ET and NO were compared with before treatment , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).It was statistically significant as compared with the differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin for diabetic nephropathy can reduce the body's level of inflam-matory factors, thereby it can inhibit inflammation , improve vascular function and improve clinical symptoms , which is worthy of clinical application .关键词
