子午流注针法配合辨证取穴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究
Ziwu Liuzhu Acupuncture Combined with Syndrome Differentiation Acupuncture in the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea Type
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoints in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea type .Methods:120 cases with irritable bowel syndrome of diarrhea type were randomly divided into Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture combined with dialecti -cal acupoint group ( an observation group ) and a western medicine group ( a control group ) .The observation group was treated by Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint acupuncture treatment , 28 days as 1 course;the control group was treated by orally taking Ruijian capsules , 0.2 g each time, 3 times a day, 28 days as 1 course.The curative effect would be evaluated after 1 course treatment.Results:There were statistically significant differences between 2 groups according to the clinically curative effect in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea type ( P<0 .05 ) .In the observation group the total effective rate was 91.67%,and was better than that in the control group with 73.33%.There were statistically significant differ-ences between 2 groups according to the curative effect on the main single symptoms (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziwu Liuzhu acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint acupuncture can be effective in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea type ,which can improve the quality of life .It is worthy of promotion and application .关键词
