摘要

Abstract

By using the purified rhein as the fluorescent probe, an analytical system with high selectivity and sensitivity was established for determination of Mg2+ in fungus. In DMSO/NH4 Cl-NH3 ·H2 O ( V/V 95∶5, [NH4Cl] = 0. 05 mol/L,pH 10. 4)buffer solution, the complex with 1∶1 stoichiometry of rhein and Mg2+ was formed, which showed the strong fluorescence at λmax = 602 nm. A good linear relation-ship between the fluorescent intensity and Mg2+ concentration from 0 to 2. 1 × 10 -5 mol/L was deter-mined. The detection limit was 5. 52 × 10 -7 mol/L. This method was successfully used to detect the con-tent of Mg2+ in fungus, and it was in consistent with the result obtained by the atomic absorption spectros-copy.
