脊柱定点旋转复位法治疗颈性失眠疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on Spinal Fixed-point Revolving Repositioning Treating Cervical Insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of spinal fixed-point revolving repositioning treating cervical insomnia. Methods:100 cases of cervical insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), control group treated with Huanglian Xian-ling Anshen decoction, observation group with spinal fixed-point revolving repositioning, 4 weeks after treatment to evaluate the curative effect. Re-sults:The total efficiency of treatment group was 100%, significantly higher than that of control group by 88%(P<0.01);PSQI and TCM symptom scores of treatment group were both significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Spinal fixed-point revolving repositioning treating cervical insomnia searches for the primary cause, whose efficacy is significant, being simple and convenient, without addiction and depen-dence, deserving further clinical application.关键词
