清热化痰、健脾利湿法联合穴位注射对晚期AECOPD（痰热郁肺型）的临床研究
Clinical Study in Method of Clearing Heat and Dissipating Phlegm, Invigorating Spleen to Remove Dampness Combined with Acupoint Injection on AECOPD of Advanced Stage (Accumulation of Phlegm and Heat in the Lung)

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect in method of clearing heat and dissipating phlegm, invigorating spleen to remove dampness combined with acupoint injection on clinical efficacy, life quality, percentage of neutrophils and immune cells of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pul-monary disease (AECOPD) with accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung in advanced stage. Methods:65 AECOPD of accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung were randomly divided into treatment group (33 cases) and control group (32 cases), control group rested in bed, with conven-tional therapy of continuous low flow oxygen, anti-infection, expelling phlegm to arrest coughing as well as spasmolysis and relieving asthma, based on which treatment group adopted Jiawei Qingjin Huatan decoction and acupoint injection of Huangqi injection, on the third and fourteenth day after treatment proportion of neutrophils and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were counterchecked as well as COPD self-assessment test(CAT) was taken, efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.94%, signifi-cantly higher than that of control group by 81.25%(P<0.05);after treatment proportion of neutrophils, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and CAT score of treatment group were all significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Method of clearing heat and dissipating phlegm, invigorating spleen to remove dampness combined with acupoint injection on AECOPD with accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung in advanced stage is significant effective.关键词
