Abstract
College students are the future and hope of our motherland, also the builders of a comprehensive well-off society and the suc-cessors of the socialist motherland.Their growth is the focus of the whole society.The deputy secretary of departments in universities, the founder and leader of their growth, whose function is indispensable.Their educational function mainly indicates in the following as-pects:to provide spiritual nourishment with rich knowledge; to offer model demonstration by setting good examples; to give spiritual food with humane care.关键词
