Abstract
Talents cultivation is a fundamental task of universities, of which the ideological and political education is an important part, having great influences on university students′growth and self-actualization, at the same time, university students′growth and self-ac-tualization could also promote the continuous development of the ideological and political education in universities.In the new era, due to the challenges from political and economic development, diversified information, changing situations and decreasing effectiveness, the ideological and political education in colleges must focus on the ideological guidance, professional team building, educational envi-ronment and the use of new media.关键词
