某微型客车钢制车轮振动疲劳寿命预测与轻量化设计
Evaluation of Vibration Fatigue Life of Steel Wheel on Mini-Bus and Structural Redesign Based on Weight Reduction

Abstract
Mini-bus usually travels on a road of poor conditions,and the frequency of random pavement excitation load is higher,and dynamic loads coupled with each other in different directions, which intensify damage to the wheel. But most of researches at home and abroad coverted dynamic loads into static,and few attention was paid into the dynamic. So a method of structural design of lightweight based on vibration fatigue life was presented. We established the Adams model of the vehicle,and extracted load-time history of a wheel when the Adams model is traveling on the 3D virtual pavement,then transformed it into load-frequency history. According to the relationship between the wheel’s modal frequency and load’s and characteristics of loads,the analysis method of vibration fatigue was applied on the wheel to predict the fatigue life. At last,we redesigned the structure of the wheel on the basis of the finite element result about fatigue life,and under the prediction of satisfying the fatigue life,the mass of the wheel is reduced by 15. 2% .关键词
