摘要

Abstract

The value and distribution of the magnetic field intensity in the air gap have a great influence on the performance of permanent-magnetic couplers,in order to further study the magnetic field,we calculated magnetic potential and reluctance of all parts and deduced the static magnetic induction intensity of the air gap. The permanent-magnetic couplers generates additional magnetic field due to induced eddy-current in working,and the total magnetic intensity is the magnetic field of the magnets with the addition of eddy magnetism,and we analyzed the induced eddy-current density due to motion and useful flux in the gap. Using Ansoft software,we obtained eddy-current density and magnetic induction intensity of the gap in static and under certain condition through three dimensional transient simulations. By analyzing magnetic field,we understood the magnetic circuit structure, which provides a reference for optimal design of magnetic circuit,reducing the magnetic flux leakage and improving the utilization of magnetic energy.
