微波处理焦化尾水中难降解有机物的GC/MS 分析
Microwave Treatment of Refractory Organic Compounds in Coking Tail Water by GC/MS Analysis

Abstract
The refractory organic matter of coking tail water biological method was digested with microwave,and coking tail organic compounds in water were detected and analyzed combined with solid phase extraction( SPE)and gas chromatography/ mass spectrum( GC/ MS)method,and the effect and mechanism of degradation under microwave digestion of coking refractory organics in the tail water was discussed. Experimental microwave digestion under different conditions of pH(3,raw water 8. 5),digestion time(4 min,6 min),microwave power(600 W,1 000 W),constant pressure(P =0. 2 MPa)were carried out. The results show that:after microwave treatment,COD is increased from 238 mg/ L down to less than 100 mg/ L,and the removal rate reaches 57% ~ 65%, and there is constant pressure digestion tank fixed carbon produced. GC/ MS analysis showed that: total peak area of organic compounds in coking tail water is 31,152,370,and the BTEX and PAHs accounts for more than 90% of the total organic compounds,and petroleum hydrocarbons accounts for 4. 99% of the total organic compounds,and phthalates accounts for 1. 93% of the total organic compounds. After microwave digestion,the organic compounds below the total peak area drops to 444,529,including BTEX and heterocyclic compounds account for 20% or less of the total organic compounds,petroleum hydrocarbons accounted for more than 40% of the total organic compounds, and ketones account for its organic 20% of the total,and 20% of its esters and other organic substances is about the total. Considered under microwave irradiation,raw water BTEX and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other organic compounds absorb microwaves,and has chain scission, dehydrogenation and coke;but the long chain of petroleum hydrocarbon content has not changed much after microwave digestion.关键词
